Marek Health LLC (“Marek Supplements”) is committed to getting your orders to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery, and our shipping practices. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider located in the United States.

Shipping Territory

Marek Supplements ships within the United States and to Canada only.

United States: Orders may be shipped to any address within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states and U.S. territories

  • APO (Army Post Office) addresses

  • FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses

  • Military bases within the U.S.

For orders shipped to military addresses or territories, please allow additional time for delivery.

Canada: Orders may be shipped to all 10 provinces and 3 territories.
Please note that certain products are not available for shipment to Canada due to differences in regulatory classification between the United States and Canada. Products that cannot be sold to Canadian addresses will not be available at checkout when a Canadian shipping address is selected.

Shipping Carriers

We work with the following carriers based on your shipping destination:

  • United States: United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Canada: Asendia (final-mile delivery may be handled by Canada Post or Purolator)

Shipping Rates

United States: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more. Standard shipping rates apply to U.S. orders under $99. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination ZIP code and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Canada: Canadian orders ship via Asendia for a flat shipping fee of $25 USD per order. This fee includes carrier transportation, customs clearance, and prepayment of all applicable federal taxes (see "International Shipping — Canada" below for details).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed during business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Processing time does not include transit/delivery time

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

United States:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days after shipment
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days after shipment

Canada: 

  • Asendia Ground (Duties Included): 3–5 business days after shipment, following customs clearance

Please note that delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination location, package weight, and USPS service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number for your shipment

  • Link to track your package

  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment in real-time:

  • For U.S. orders, visit USPS.com and enter your tracking number
  • For Canadian orders, your tracking link will direct you to Asendia's tracking portal, and once handed off in Canada, to Canada Post or Purolator
  • Log into your account at mareksupplements.com to view tracking details

We recommend checking your tracking status regularly to stay informed about your delivery.

International Shipping — Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to the following terms:

Personal-use importation. Orders to Canada are sold for personal use only. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for compliance with all applicable import regulations of Canada.

Duties and taxes. Your $25 shipping fee includes all applicable customs duties and federal taxes (GST/HST). No additional charges will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Residents of provinces with separate provincial sales taxes (Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) may have independent self-assessment obligations under provincial law; we recommend consulting your provincial tax authority if you have questions.

Product availability. Certain Marek Supplements products are not available for shipment to Canada due to differences in regulatory classification between the United States and Canada. Restricted products will not be displayed or available for purchase when a Canadian shipping address is selected at checkout. This list may change from time to time without notice.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes are accepted.

  • United States: P.O. Boxes are accepted. Since we ship via USPS, we can deliver to P.O. Box addresses throughout the United States. Simply provide your P.O. Box number as your shipping address at checkout.
  • Canada: Canada Post delivers to P.O. Box addresses across Canada, and our carrier hands off to Canada Post for final delivery. Canadian P.O. Boxes are accepted; however, residential or business addresses are recommended for the fastest delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, you have two options:

1. Receive a refund minus the original shipping costs paid

2. Have the package re-shipped at your expense to a corrected address

For international orders, please note that taxes and duties prepaid as part of the original shipping fee are non-refundable.

We’ll contact you to arrange either option. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout to avoid this situation.

Shipping Delays

Marek Health LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service delays or holidays (USPS, Asendia, Canada Post, Purolator)
  • Customs processing delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of God
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays can occur. We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons and holiday periods.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provided

  • Mistyped zip codes or street addresses

  • Packages left at an address you did not authorize

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order ships, address changes may not be possible.

For Canadian orders, please ensure your postal code is formatted correctly (e.g., M5V 3A8) — incorrect postal codes are the most common cause of customs and delivery delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit:

  • Check the carrier tracking status first—it may still be in transit

  • Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date

  • Provide your order number and tracking number

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and locate your package

  • If confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report the damage immediately to us

  • Do not discard the package or packaging materials

  • Provide photos of the damage and tracking number

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim

  • We will send a replacement shipment or process a refund once the claim is resolved

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During holidays, major shopping events, and peak seasons, we may experience:

  • Longer order processing times (up to 5 business days)

  • Extended carrier delivery times

  • Higher shipping volumes

  • Slower customs clearance for international shipments

We appreciate your patience during these busy periods. We’ll do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
