6.3 Attribution

6.4 Representations and Warranties

By submitting UGC, you represent and warrant that:

  • Any breach of the representations and warranties in this policy

  • Any claim that your UGC infringes a third party’s intellectual property or other rights

  • Any claim arising from the content, accuracy, or legality of your UGC
