How orders ship, where they go, and how to track them.

How long does shipping take?

We ship fast — orders go out within 1 business day. From there:

  • Standard (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S.
  • Expedited (2–3 business days): Available at checkout
  • Canada (3–5 business days after customs clearance): Flat $25 USD per order via Asendia, with duties and taxes included

You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — on U.S. orders. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
Canadian orders ship for a flat $25 USD per order, which includes all duties and taxes (GST/HST) — so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships (typically within 1 business day), you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories via Asendia (final-mile delivery by Canada Post or Purolator). Canadian orders are a flat $25 USD per order with duties and taxes (GST/HST) prepaid. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after customs clearance. A few products aren’t available in Canada due to differences in regulatory classification — those won’t be offered at checkout for Canadian addresses.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. More destinations are coming — sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of any page and we’ll let you know when they’re available.

Are your supplements third-party tested?

Every single batch of Marek Supplements is manufactured in a cGMP-compliant, NSF/ANSI 455-2 certified U.S. facility, with globally sourced ingredients tested by two ISO-accredited laboratories for identity, potency, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and allergens. Are your supplements non-GMO and gluten-free?

Yes. All Marek Supplements are non-GMO and gluten-free (verified by third-party lab testing), with no artificial dyes or preservatives.

Who formulates your products?

Our supplements are physician-formulated by the clinical team at Marek Health, led by practitioners with extensive experience in hormone optimization and preventive medicine.

Can I take multiple Marek supplements together?

Most of our products are designed to complement each other. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before combining multiple supplements, especially if you’re taking prescription medications.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@mareksupplements.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I contact customer support?

Email us at support@mareksupplements.com. Our team is available Monday–Friday and typically responds within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Absolutely. Choose Subscribe & Save at checkout and we’ll ship every 90 days — you’ll save 10% on every order, and you can pause, skip, or cancel whenever you like.

How do I log in to my account?

Visit your account page and enter your email. We’ll email a one-time login link — no password needed. From the account dashboard you can manage subscriptions, view orders, update your shipping address, and update your payment method.

How do I pause, skip, cancel, or reschedule my subscription?

Log in to your account, open the Subscriptions tab, and select the subscription you want to manage. You can pause, skip the next shipment, cancel, or change the next ship date in a couple of clicks. Changes apply to your next scheduled order — no phone calls, no retention scripts.

How do I update my shipping address or payment method?

Log in to your accountSubscriptions → select the subscription → edit Shipping Address or Payment Method. Apply updates to all future shipments on that subscription.

Can I view past and upcoming orders?

Yes. Log in to your account. The Orders tab shows past purchases with tracking, receipts, and reorder links. The Subscriptions tab shows your next scheduled shipment date and contents.

Can I combine multiple subscriptions into one shipment?

Yes — log in to your accountSubscriptions → select two or more active subscriptions → choose Merge subscriptions to consolidate them into a single delivery cycle. This aligns your ship dates and reduces packaging & shipping costs.
