1. Return Window
We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This is the timeframe in which your returned product must be received at our facility. We recommend initiating your return request as early as possible to ensure timely processing within this window.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for return, products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Unopened and Unused: The product must not have been opened, used, or partially consumed

Untampered: Original seals, safety features, and packaging must be intact and undamaged

Original Packaging: The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact

Complete: All original items and packaging materials must be included
Non-Eligible Returns:

Products with damaged or tampered seals

Items showing signs of use or wear
3. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail with tracking, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your package can be monitored during transit and proof of delivery is available.
Shipping Address: You will receive the correct return address along with your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please clearly mark your RA number on the outside of your package for proper identification and expedited processing.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our facility:

Inspection: We will verify that the product meets our return eligibility requirements

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt

Refund Amount: Full product price minus original shipping costs

Non-Refundable Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns may be refused if not received in resalable condition, as determined by Marek Health LLC in its reasonable discretion.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start a return:

2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number:
Our customer service team will provide you with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number

Securely package the unopened product in its original packaging
4. Ship Your Return:
Include the RA number on the outside of your package and ship using a trackable method to the address provided
5. Track Your Return:
Use tracking information to monitor your return shipment
Important: Items returned without an RA number may not be processed and could be returned to you at your expense. Always obtain your RA number before shipping.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Immediate Action: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the damage or defect

A replacement product shipped to you at no additional cost, or

Damaged product claims are processed separately from our standard return policy and do not count against the 30-day return window.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item:

Correct Item: We will ship the correct item to you at no charge

Return Process: We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send back the incorrect item

No Return Authorization Required: Prepaid return labels for wrong items do not require an RA number
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:

Clearance or Final Sale Items: Marked as such at time of purchase

Gift Cards: Non-refundable once purchased

Promotional Items: Items received as free gifts or bonuses

Items Marked Non-Returnable: Any products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange a product for a different one:
1. Initiate a return for the original product following our standard return process
2. Receive your refund once the returned item is processed
3. Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures you can select exactly what you need and take advantage of any current promotions or pricing.
10. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. We will:

Inspect the package to confirm it is outside the return window

Ship the package back to you at your expense

Not process any refund
To avoid late returns, please submit your return request as soon as possible within the 30-day period.
11. Refund Exceptions
Marek Health LLC reserves the right to deny returns that appear to be:

Fraudulent: False claims or misrepresentation of product condition

Abusive: Excessive or patterned return activity inconsistent with normal customer behavior

In Violation of Terms of Sale: Any returns that breach our Terms of Sale or other policies
In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.
Marek Health LLC also reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior.
12. Subscription Orders
Customers with active Subscribe & Save subscription orders (billed every 90 days) are subject to the same return policy:

30-Day Return Window: Applies to each subscription shipment as delivered

Unopened Product Requirement: Must apply to the current shipment

Cancellation, Modification, or Skip: You may cancel, modify, or skip your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer service before your next renewal date
